Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets one person build a single Opportunity Solution Tree with up to 25 nodes, with no time limit and no credit card. It is meant for evaluating whether the tree format fits how your team works.
How does the trial work?
Pro and Team start with a 14-day trial. A card is required so the subscription can continue if you keep the plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. The workspace then stays on Free limits and nothing is deleted.
How are seats counted?
A seat is a person who can open and edit a workspace. Billing follows the number of members in your workspace, and changes are prorated when someone joins or leaves.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the subscription active until the end of the paid period. Your data stays available on the Free plan and can be exported at any time.
Where is my data stored?
TreeFlow runs on infrastructure hosted in the European Union. The subprocessor list details every provider involved and what data each one processes.
