These terms govern the use of TreeFlow. They form a contract between you and the provider named in the imprint.
Scope
<Define what the service is, who may use it, and whether it is offered to businesses only. Offering to consumers in Germany brings additional obligations, including a statutory right of withdrawal and stricter requirements on the checkout flow.>
Contract formation
<Describe when the contract comes into effect: on account creation for the free plan, and on completing checkout for paid plans.>
Plans, prices and payment
<Reference the pricing page, state that prices exclude VAT, describe the billing cycle, proration on seat changes, and what happens on failed payment.>
Term and termination
<State the subscription term, the notice period, and what happens to data after termination.>
Availability
<State the availability you commit to, if any, and how maintenance windows are handled. Do not promise an SLA you cannot measure.>
Customer content and rights
<Confirm that the customer retains all rights to content they put into the service, and describe the licence you need in order to operate it.>
Acceptable use
<List prohibited uses: unlawful content, attempts to circumvent limits, reverse engineering, reselling access.>
Liability
<Liability limitations are heavily constrained by German law. This clause in particular must be drafted by a lawyer; a copied clause is likely to be void and therefore worse than none.>
